Marketing Director - London

Job Description:

SA is seeking a Marketing  Director to oversee marketing initiatives and day-to-day project implementation. The ideal candidate has a background in marketing with a focus on global communications. You will be a critical member of the Senior Leadership Team and will work collaboratively throughout the organization to implement brand strategy and deliver integrated marketing campaigns with a measurable and strategic impact on the business. As a company that is focused on innovative solutions, we are looking for a team player to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. The right fit will be resourceful, resilient, and creative in their approach to solving problems.

General

  • Oversee strategic marketing initiatives and day-to-day implementation
  • Collaborate with sales, business development, operations, engineering and account management teams to set and meet strategic marketing and positioning goals
  • Monitor and optimize online presence, including websites, social media, etc.
  • Create new content such as blog posts, infographics and other materials for company website, social platforms, and direct stakeholder communications
  • Regularly report on marketing performance details by leveraging analytics data
  • Write, edit, and proof copy for all collateral
  • Support and potentially lead PR efforts
  • Support optimal lead generation programs by creating content, managing email flows, etc.

Specific Tasks

  • Website management (including content generation, uploads and SEO)
  • Video Editing (can be outsourced) and management of the SA Vimeo Channel
  • Social Media management
  • Monthly Mailchimp emails to customer database
  • Tradeshow management
  • Photo library management
  • Management of all company marketing resources via Dropbox
  • Content creation and print of all company brochures and marketing collateral
  • Input into machinery quotations
  • Travel bookings
  • Marketing activity for other Shemesh Family brands, incl MSP, Digicyl
  • Press/News release creation and distribution

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have at least 5 years’ hands-on experience in a marketing or communications execution role
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment or similar
  • Technical proficiency in creating communications collateral
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills, including ability to balance changing priorities and multiple tasks
  • Quick learner with demonstrated drive and initiative; self-starter with ability to drive projects to completion and operate with autonomy
  • Superior interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Basic design skills and familiarity with design software and marketing automation software a plus
  • Experience in influencer engagement, executive positioning, and social / traditional media strategy and execution beneficial
  • Entrepreneurial attitude

SALES ENGINEERS - UK and Israel

Job Description:

As a part of a rapdily growing organisation, you will need to be a self-starter possessing the ability to initiate events and foster meaningful dialogues and actions. Reporting to the Group Sales Manager your direct responsibilities will include expanding existing markets as well as penetrating new ones to increase sales of our portfolio of products. Your actions will directly effect the bottom line of the business. You will be working closely with management and encouraged to take on as much responsibility as possible. In return we offer the opportunity to play a key role within a vibrant and fast moving business environment where many members of the team have been with us for 10+ years.

The role will also entail the following responsibilities:

  • Quotations, customer enquiries, costing and delivery information
  • Developing, building and maintaining long term customer relationships
  • Processing orders
  • Support of other internal departments

Requirements:

  • A minimum 3 years previous sales experience within an industrial engineering business
  • Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent qualification an advantage
  • Attention to detail – a must
  • Long term thinking and passion for the job and the packaging industry
  • A sense of urgency and positive attitude
  • Self-starter and quick learner
